As you have arrived at this page, I imagine you are looking for some help – either for yourself or someone you know?
Sometimes it’s not easy to ask for help when we need it.
Seeing a therapist can be a scary idea but I know that seeing one helped me through some difficult times.

Counselling and psychotherapy offer a safe space for you to speak about your concerns, difficulties and disappointments without being judged or criticised.

Whatever your presenting issues, concerns or goals may be, I would like to reassure you that you will always be accepted and be treated as a unique individual.

My job is to listen thoughtfully and to co-create a space with you for understanding and healing.
I would stay alongside you in the work. Through exploration and reflection together, we make sense of what might be causing the issue and negotiate you towards a greater sense of clarity and the possibility of change.

I have worked extensively in counselling and therapy with adults and young people with different ethnicity, sexual orientation, religious and cultural background and have experience of working with a wide range of issues include:

    My practice is within easy reach of central London. I also offer online sessions to international clients.
